Job Description / Responsibility
- About the Company
- Doreen is a commercial conglomerate with its head office based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We operate in a variety of industries across textiles & garments, hotels & resorts, real estate development, power generation, cement manufacturing, shipping & maritime, engineering & construction, interior design & furnishings, and more.
- About the role
- We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive, IT to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware and software support, network administration, Microsoft 365, security systems, and IT asset management.
- Job Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and related systems.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, access control systems, and related security equipment.
- Provide timely technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Monitor network performance and ensure the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems.
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 user accounts, email services, and related applications.
- Ensure regular system updates, antivirus protection, security patches, and compliance with IT security policies.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement, maintenance, warranty support, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, network configurations, system settings, and standard operating procedures.
- Implement and monitor data backup processes and support disaster recovery planning to ensure business continuity.
- Assist in IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations as required.
- Ensure proper inventory management and tracking of IT equipment and assets.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
