IT Support Engineer

Job Description / Responsibility

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
Monitor and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
Support CCTV, NVR, IP cameras, and access control systems.
Perform system backup, data recovery, and routine maintenance tasks.
Maintain IT asset inventory and technical documentation.
Respond to support tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support.
Ensure maximum uptime and availability of IT systems and services.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Information Technology
Master of Science (MSc) in Information Technology
B.Sc./M.Sc. in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).

Experience Requirements

2 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School, Software Company, University
