Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context
- Sara Health Care is a reputed Gulf-certified medical center in Banani, Dhaka offering quality medical care to the local community.
- We are looking for dedicated and clinically competent Medical Officers to support patient care, OPD/IPD services, emergency management, and physician rounds under the supervision of senior consultants.
- Job Responsibilities
- Provide OPD and emergency medical care to patients.
- Assist senior consultants in diagnosing, treating, and managing patients.
- Perform daily ward visits, patient follow-up, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and updated patient history, clinical notes, and treatment records.
- Support emergency cases, stabilize critical patients, and coordinate referrals.
- Monitor admitted patients and update their treatment progress.
- Ensure proper communication with patients, attendants, and the medical team.
- Maintain medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and hospital protocols.
- Assist in conducting medical camps or special clinic days when required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Diagnostic Centre, Hospital
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Prior experience in or familiarity with Gulf-certified medical centers, international healthcare standards and medical fitness examinations.
- Good clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and patient-handling ability.
- Willingness to work in shifts (morning/evening/night).
- Compassionate, ethical, and team-oriented.
