Job Description:*
Talent IT Center is looking for a skilled and motivated Facebook Ads Specialist / Client Relationship Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns and maintaining professional communication with clients.
Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns
Generate leads, sales, and customer engagement
Analyze campaign performance and improve ROI
Manage audience targeting and advertising budgets
Communicate professionally with clients and maintain strong relationships
Provide campaign performance reports and updates

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At most 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience with Meta Platforms Ads Manager
Strong knowledge of Meta Pixel and audience targeting
Must know English and be able to communicate fluently
Good communication and marketing skills
Ability to scale successful ad campaigns
Professional, responsible, and goal-oriented mindset
