Job Description / Responsibility

Oversee daily operations across assigned regions.
Collect daily updates from field teams.
Monitor Field operations performance and discipline.
Track regional targets, gaps and corrective actions.
Ensure medicine supply for designated locations.
Coordinate field visits, activation and service continuity.
Escalate operational risks requiring head office decisions.
Verify regional reports before director submission.
Guide (Divisional Assistant Manager) ADMs on priorities and execution standards.
Ensure regional service/revenue growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Regional reporting timeliness
Field productivity
Medicine supply fulfillment
Service continuity rate
Corrective action closure rate

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's in Business, Public Health, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Skills Required: Regional operations; field supervision; supply coordination; performance tracking; escalation management.
Work Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in field operations, regional management, healthcare operations, or rural service delivery.
