Job Description / Responsibility

Plan marketing execution for all project events.
Ensure SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK)-specific marketing and activation plans.
Prepare designs, contents and communication materials.
Procure banners, flyers, booths and event materials.
Coordinate branch inaugurations and health camps.
Track marketing inventory and field deployment.
Ensure brand consistency across all activations.
Support miking, Uthan Boithak and mobile campaigns.
Measure campaign reach, leads and conversion outputs.
Report marketing needs, spend and execution gaps.
Ensure and Support revenue/service.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Event execution completion rate.
Material deployment readiness.
SHUKHEE SHEBA KENDRA (SSK) activation coverage.
Campaign lead conversion.
Budget and utilization adherence.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Communications, Operations, or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Skills Required : Campaign operations; event execution; procurement coordination; vendor management; reporting.
Working Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in marketing operations, field activation, event execution, or trade marketing.
