Job Description / Responsibility

Support nationwide partnership pipeline through field teams.
Onboard hospitals, diagnostics, pharmacies and doctors.
Ensure partner registration inside the system.
Monitor partner activation, service quality and compliance.
Coordinate with Field operations.
Resolve partner journey issues and escalations.
Maintain partnership documents and approval records.
Track referral conversion and partner responsiveness.
Ensure smooth partner communication and feedback.
Report partnership gaps, risks and opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Partner onboarding target achievement
Partner activation rate
Referral conversion performance
Documentation compliance rate
Partner issue resolution time

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Public Health, or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements

5 to 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Healthcare Startup

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 35 years
