- We are currently looking for a Lead QA Automation & AI Testing Engineer to join our growing technology team in Dhaka.
- About the Role
- In this role, you will lead the quality assurance and testing strategy for our digital platforms and AI-driven products. You will be responsible for establishing automation frameworks, performance testing processes, and AI system validation practices.
- You will work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery. This role will also help define how our organisation approaches AI testing, automation, and performance engineering.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation testing frameworks using tools such as Python and Selenium.
- Develop and maintain performance and load testing strategies for web and AI-based systems.
- Lead the development of QA processes, standards, and testing frameworks across projects.
- Identify and diagnose software defects, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
- Perform AI system testing, validating AI-generated outputs and system behaviour.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to ensure robust system validation.
- Produce test reports, performance analysis, and quality metrics.
- Guide and support the testing team to improve testing practices and automation coverage.
