ob Vacancy: Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control (QC) Manager
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly professional Quality Control (QC) Manager with deep expertise and a proven track record in the apparel and garment industry to ensure our manufactured products consistently meet the highest standards. In this role, you will act as a leader for quality improvement directly on the factory floor. This position offers an excellent environment to fully utilize your extensive experience.
Requirements
Demographics: Male, between 30 and 42 years old.
Current Status: Currently employed at a garment/sewing factory.
Technical Skills: Must be capable of operating sewing machines, possessing strong sewing skills, OR have a solid understanding of garment patterns.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Working Conditions
Location: Gulshan, Dhaka
Working Hours: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years

Requirements
Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience as a QC in garment factories or inspection companies.
Key Attributes & Skills:
In the event of product defects, must be capable of doing more than just pointing out errors—you should possess the ability to conduct root-cause analysis and effectively instruct and train the factory floor on specific preventive measures.
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
