Job Description / Responsibility
- As a COO. My present job responsibilities are following:
- Keeping constant contact with the Top Management and Merchandisers, getting information about the quantities, specification of buyers’ orders and also delivery schedule.
- Follow up the production plan and schedule with TNA for particular style, size, specification and quantities of garment products.
- Supervising the production of garments as per approved orders.
- Follow up the merchandising department for production and shipment schedule.
- Arranging inspection by the quality controller of concerned buyer(s)/buying houses.
- Coordinate and contact with the knitting and merchandising department for getting supply of right materials.
- Negotiating sub-contract, if necessary
- Ensure proper and effective utilization of the materials in the production process and control & minimize wastage
- Supervision, Monitoring and controlling of the production staff.
- Follow up and develop quality standard of products.
- Ensuring timely completion of production of each job order so that shipment schedule date can be met
- Prepare the factory for any types of buyer visit and audit
- Follow up HR & Compliance department to implement all legal requirements and facilities in the factory.
- Ensure better working environment in the factory
- Ensure proper Health and Safety matter all over the factory
- Check and Approval all types of Bill.
- To set SMV base production & IE tools
- To develop operation system
- To make budget & forecasting
- To cost control & optimization
- P2P Line production system develop
- To make leadership & team management
- Expense & earnings ratio buildup
- To increase organization 30-40% productivity
- Innovation & Method development
- Process optimization
- Man & Machine performance develop & technology Implementation.
