Job Description / Responsibility

- Trade Design Solutions Ltd. is looking for an Executive (Kitchen & Cabinets Design) to join our team. As a Designer, you will play a key role in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional kitchen designs tailored to client requirements.
- Job Responsibilities:
- 1.Design Development:
- Create innovative and functional kitchen designs using AUTOCAD software and 3D design tools.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgets.
- Develop detailed design layouts and blueprints for kitchen spaces.
- 2.Client Consultation:
- Provide professional advice on material selection, color schemes, appliances, and kitchen layouts.
- Present design concepts and revisions to clients effectively.
- 3.Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with the production and installation teams to ensure designs are accurately executed.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality materials.
- 4.Market Research:
- Stay updated with current kitchen design trends, materials, and technologies.
- Recommend new ideas to enhance the company’s product offerings.
- 5.Crafting Cohesive Spaces:
- Integrate interior design principles to create cohesive and functional spaces.
- 6.Designing for the Future:
- Ensure designs align with the latest trends, sustainability practices, and project requirements.
- 7.Design Collaboration & Communication:
- Effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and consultants.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
- Diploma in Architecture
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Building & Construction Materials, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 20 to 35 years
- Skills:
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Able to use AUTOCAD, 3D Modeling, Sketchup, 3DMax programs
- Be creative, have good communication skills and present sales
- Able to respond to customer ideas and needs
