Job Description / Responsibility

Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Medication & Health: Administer medications, track vitals, and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
Mobility Support: Help clients transfer, walk, or perform basic physical therapy exercises.
Household Duties: Prepare meals, do laundry, and manage light housekeeping.
Companionship: Engage in activities, provide emotional support, and reduce isolation.
Errands & Transportation: Run errands, go grocery shopping, and drive clients to appointments. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Educational Requirements

Relevant Qualification or Diploma

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Physiotherapy center
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 25 years
Compassion & Patience: Essential for building trust with clients facing physical or cognitive challenges.
Communication: Ability to update families and medical staff on changes in the client’s condition.
Physical Stamina: Required for lifting, turning, and assisting with mobility.
First Aid & CPR: Often required or highly preferred.
Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certifications are often preferred for medical-heavy roles.
