Position: Train the Trainer & Content Development
Vacancies:
German Language Trainer – 12 Positions
Japanese Language Trainer – 6 Positions
Korean Language Trainer – 6 Positions
Key Responsibilities
Attend and actively participate in language training sessions.
Develop training scripts, lesson plans, and learning materials.
Prepare industry-specific content for:
Hospitality
Construction
Facilities Management
Transportation
Create soft skills training modules covering:
Civic Sense
Country-Specific Culture & Workplace Behavior
Interview Preparation & Communication Skills
Practice and enhance communication and presentation skills for effective training delivery.
Submit assignments, reports, and progress updates within deadlines.
Support the development and implementation of structured training programs.
