Senior Data Entry Operator

Job Description / Responsibility

Input, update and maintain buyer order information accurately in the ERP system.
Prepare and manage ERP entries related to work orders, production planning, delivery schedules and shipment status.
Verify order details, item specifications, quantities, pricing and delivery dates before final entry.
Coordinate with Commercial, Production, Merchandising and Accounts departments to ensure smooth ERP operation.
Generate ERP reports for order status, pending orders, production updates and shipment tracking.
Maintain proper documentation and digital records of orders and related transactions.
Identify and correct data discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Support ERP implementation, troubleshooting and user coordination as required.
Any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 03-05 years of experience in ERP operation, order management or data entry in garments/accessories industry.
Experience with ERP software and advanced MS Excel is mandatory.

Additional Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of ERP systems and order management processes.
Excellent typing speed and data accuracy.
Good command of MS Excel, Word and reporting tools.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
