Job Description / Responsibility

Commercial correspondence related to Bank: Foreign and local Import LC Opening and export related work, banks regarding L/C UPAS rates, EDF Proceed, Bank PRC and Mortgage handling, and import/export transactions.
Corresponding with Buyer: Prepare and maintain export documentation against B/B LC, including LC, sales contracts, Proforma invoice, commercial invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents.
Prepare and maintain Musuk 6.3 against B/B LC (export documentation).
Register maintenance against B/B LC (export documentation).
Communication with Buyer Bank for B/B L/C Bank payment purpose.
Bank Liability Register maintenance.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.

Experience Requirements

08 years plus experience in Garments / Accessories commercial (Export & Import).

Additional Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of LC, import-export procedures, and customs regulations.
Good command of MS Excel and ERP software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills & Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Regularly monitoring & tracking various stages of Import & Export as well as payment follow-up.
Should have Clear knowledge of current rules & regulations of Customs, UCPDC- 600, HS Code, and Inco terms.
Any Other task assigned by management.
