Junior Data Entry Operator

Job Description / Responsibility

Enter buyer order data accurately into the ERP system.
Assist in updating work orders, production status and delivery information in ERP.
Maintain daily order entry records and supporting documents.
Check data accuracy and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
Coordinate with relevant departments for collecting order-related information.
Generate basic ERP reports as instructed by management.
Ensure timely and error-free data entry.
Any other task assigned by management.

Educational Requirements

Minimum HSC / Diploma / Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Computer or IT-related background will get preference.

Experience Requirements

01 year experience in ERP operation or data entry in garments/accessories industry will be an added advantage.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
Good typing speed with attention to detail.
Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy.
