Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Context:
- We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and energetic Social Media Marketer to manage our brand presence, execute campaigns, and grow our online community.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, optimize, and maintain all official social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Brainstorm, develop, and schedule highly engaging visual and textual content (captions, copy, and basic video concepts).
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns, budgeting, and targeted boosting to maximize ROI and reach.
- Interact with the audience, respond to comments/messages promptly, and build a loyal online community.
- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor strategies
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Journalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media & Communications, Journalism, or a relevant discipline.
- Note: Educational qualification can be relaxed for highly experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency
Additional Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media marketing, analytics tools, and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design (Canva/Photoshop) and video editing tools is a big plus.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience: Prefered minimum 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Digital Agency, Advertising, Event Management or Communication firm.
