Job Description / Responsibility

Client Query Response:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries from social media platforms and the company website in a timely and professional manner.
Sales Management:
Oversee online sales activities, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and arrange deliveries, providing necessary customer support when needed.
Resolve any client related issues over the phone.
Key Notes:
Office hours: 10 AM to 6 PM, six days a week. There are no off-days during Ramadan. Special allowance is provided for government holidays.
Must be open for new job responsibilities whenever required.

Educational Requirements

HSC
Diploma
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Online Retail Startup
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
