Job Description / Responsibility

Company Overview: A highly reputed group of companies is seeking a highly competent, pro-level Social Media Manager based in Dhaka. We operate a diverse portfolio of businesses, including real estate, an online marketplace, clothing, an information technology institute, a training institute, media and news, among many others.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Execute and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies simultaneously across our diverse group of companies.
Handle extreme workloads and perform effectively under high-pressure corporate environments.
Scale the social media presence significantly for each subsidiary within the conglomerate.
Drive, monitor, and optimize successful paid advertising campaigns utilizing Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Leverage advanced AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign management.
Produce high-quality visual content utilizing high-level video editing and graphic design skills.
Lead, structure, and manage the digital marketing team effectively.
Analyze audience targeting, campaign structures, creative best practices, and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.

Additional Job Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience in similar corporate social media and comprehensive media management roles.
Proven ability to take on the heavy workload of a multi-industry group of companies.
Strict proficiency and a profound analytical understanding of paid media platforms (Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads).
Availability to join the organization immediately upon selection.
