Job Description / Responsibility

Responsibilities & Context
Agni Systems PLC., a trailblazer in Bangladesh`s ICT sector with over three decades of experience, is on the lookout for dynamic and career-driven individuals to join our Retail Sales& Marketing Department.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct regular client visits for new requirements and maintain existing relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets with a result-oriented approach. Prepare & daily update sales pipelines.
Participate in daily weekly and monthly sales meetings.
Handle pressure with initiative and independence.
Update management on sales progress periodically.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and lead a team.
Organize and attend industry events, seminars, and exhibitions.
Conduct market research and analyze competitors` strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

Experience Requirements

Team player with a positive attitude and integrity.
Candidates having own motorbike and valid driving license will get preference.
