Job Description / Responsibility

Execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to drive growth of Ayurvedic and Unani products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities, channels, and territories to expand market presence and customer reach.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning, regular performance tracking, and timely corrective actions.
Build, manage, and strengthen the distribution network including distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, wellness centers, and practitioners.
Ensure product availability across markets through effective coordination, stock monitoring, and supply chain follow-up.
Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify high-potential areas, pricing trends, and growth opportunities.
Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide market insights, support promotions, and enhance brand visibility.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners while addressing queries, complaints, and service issues promptly.
Participate in trade fairs, health expos, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence and business relationships.
Prepare regular sales reports, analyze performance trends, and present actionable insights and recommendations to management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Wholesale
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Strong Communication Skill
Ability to work under pressure
Basic Computer Skill like MS Ofc Applications
Experience of using Tally & ICS software will be an added advantage
Having a personal motorcycle and driving license is highly preferred.
