Job Description / Responsibility
- Identify new business opportunities in the furniture, interior decoration, construction, and real estate sectors.
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly business development strategies to achieve company sales and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, contractors, furniture manufacturers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and expand the nationwide dealer and distributor network.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer requirements.
- Monitor collection performance and ensure timely recovery from customers.
- Prepare management reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the reporting manager.
- Visit architects, interior firms, furniture factories, dealers, and project sites to generate sales opportunities.
- Submit daily visit reports, weekly activity reports, and monthly sales reports.

- 2 to 6 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Building & Construction Materials, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Interior Design, Wholesale
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Only Male
- Proven experience in the HPL Sheet, Acrylic Sheet, Aluminium Profile, Glass Profile, and Hardware Items industry is mandatory. Educational qualifications may be relaxed for candidates with strong industry experience.
- Honest.
- Valid motorbike driving license (mandatory).
- Self-Motivated.
- Ability to work independently.
