Job Description / Responsibility
- Drive and strengthen retail distribution across the assigned region for maximum retail business growth
- Provide strategic leadership to the sales teams across retail branches to achieve targets and meet the KPIs
- Identify new opportunities, build partnerships and expand retail presence across the assigned area
- Recruit, develop and oversee the retail business performance of Branch Managers and Business Producers
- Monitor retail sales campaigns, bonus initiatives, market trends and competitors’ activities
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the retail sales team, fostering a high-performance and results driven culture

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking or financial services

- Expertise in channel development, partner management and sales performance optimization
- Ability to identify growth opportunities and execute scalable retail expansion plans
- Strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue through effective growth strategies
