Job Description / Responsibility

1. Maintain compliance, health & safety, discipline in the factory.
2. Work closely with the factory personal in addressing and resolving quality issues.
3. Have a clear understanding of new styles assigned to their respective production area.
4. Conduct specification trainings for operators, supervisors to understand the product standard of the new styles.
5. Work with the concern factory team to ensure the key style issues are addressed and the factory has a clear understanding of the style.
6. Ensure all the factory report submitted on time.
7. Perform quality system audit (Process Audit).
8. Instruct the QC team and operators for sample making.
9. Manage the factory QC team & Maintain required manpower in the department.
10. Maintain defective goals as defined and agreed for the factory.
11. Recruit qualified staffs to the department and arrange necessary training accordingly.
12. Mock up standard approval needs to be provided to the operators and the staff.
13. Maintain traffic light system and defect repair process.
14. AQL and final (NQC) failure need to repair according to the recheck procedure.
15. Conduct first bundle judgment and share with factory representatives.
16. Ensure all kind of samples are according to the required acceptable standard.
17. Attend PP Meeting /Risk Assessment meeting.
18. Troubleshoot quality problem with the helping concerns people.
19. Train end line and inline quality checkers according to the buyer standard (all quality points, how to measure chart, workmanship).
20. Maintain AQL level 1.5 standards at the pre final inspection.
21. Maintain systems and procedures (needle policy, commission system and buyer procedure).
22. Ensure the quality assurance staff are participating the pre-production meeting.
23. Keep the department yearly target within the level.
24. Maintain all documents and record in the quality process.
25. Establish effective communication with sample and cutting departments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Lingerie Manufacturing, Manufacturing (FMCG)
