Job Description / Responsibility
- UpSkill Bangladesh is looking for energetic, confident, and ambitious CSE graduates who want to build a career in Software Sales, AI Solutions, SaaS Products, and Business Development. Training will be provided to help selected candidates become successful software sales professionals.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Visit corporate, government, and private organizations across Dhaka City.
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct software demonstrations and business presentations.
- Present AI-powered and customized software solutions to prospective clients.
- Identify customer needs and propose suitable software products.
- Meet monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM records.
- Participate in field visits, client meetings, and promotional activities.
- Working Hours:
- 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekly Holidays:
- Friday & Saturday
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- University of Dhaka,Rajshahi University,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BRAC University,American International University Bangladesh students will get preference
- BSc in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) – Mandatory.
- Fresh CSE graduates are highly encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

- Comprehensive training on software sales and AI solutions will be provided.
- Frequent travel within Dhaka City is required.
- Candidates with experience in software sales, SaaS sales, IT sales, or business development will get preference.
- Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Confident presentation and public speaking ability.
- Basic understanding of CRM Systems, SaaS Products, AI Solutions, and Business Software.
- Willingness to travel throughout Dhaka City.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
