Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and sell the company's financial services within assigned territories.
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers in accordance with company procedures.
Assist customers in opening accounts through the DrutoLoan App and guide them through the service enrollment process.
Achieve monthly sales, customer acquisition, and activation targets.
Explore and develop new business opportunities within the assigned market area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular field visits and customer follow-ups.
Prepare and submit daily activity, sales, and performance reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
Working Days: Saturday to Thursday
Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM

Educational Requirements

HSC
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum HSC (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Experience Requirements

At most 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, Insurance, Micro-Credit, E-commerce, Telecommunication, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 21 to 32 years
Only Male
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Acquisition, or Mobile Financial Services (MFS) will be considered an advantage.
Candidates residing in or near the assigned work area will be given preference.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven mindset.
Ability to build relationships and engage effectively with customers.
Comfortable working in outdoor, field-based environments.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.
