Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking for Sr. Executive-Sales and Marketing, 2W/Commercial Vehicle for any where in Bangladesh. The Sr. Executive – Sales (2W & Commercial Vehicle is responsible for driving sales of two-wheelers (motor cycless)/Commercial vehicles, achieving sales targets, developing customer relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets for 2W and Commercial Vehicle.
Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, and networking
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and test drives
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and forecasts
Provide regular market feedback and monitor competitor activities
Coordinate with finance/loan teams to facilitate customer financing
Ensure proper documentation and timely delivery of vehicles
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure effective after-sales support
Participate in promotional campaigns, events, fairs, and exhibitions
Maintain updated knowledge of 2W and Commercial Vehicle
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Maintain showroom discipline and proper product display standards
Develop and implement local sales strategies to increase market share
Support after-sales service coordination when required
Work closely with management to achieve overall business objectives

Educational Requirements

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 40 years
Motorcycle Driving Experience with Driving License will be given preference.
