Job Description / Responsibility
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessment strategies.
- Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, student supervision, and research activities.
- Supervise dissertations, theses, internships, and student research projects.
- Publish research in reputed journals and contribute to academic development and innovation.
- Provide academic leadership and mentorship to junior faculty members.
- Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, quality assurance, and university committees.
- Support student counseling, co-curricular, and community engagement activities.
- Represent the University at academic and professional events.
- Ensure academic discipline, ethical standards, and compliance with the policies of the University and the Private University Act 2010.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the University Management in line with the position of Professor.
Educational Requirements
- PhD in Psychology
- Bachelors/Masters in Psychology
- At least two 1st Classes/Divisions/Grade A in public examinations, with at least one 1st Class obtained either at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
Experience Requirements
- 10 to 15 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): University
Additional Job Requirements
- The candidate must hold a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline from a recognized and reputable university, demonstrating strong academic excellence and scholarly standing in the field.
- A minimum of 10 years of teaching and research experience is required, including at least 5 years of experience gained after completing the Ph.D.
- The applicant must have at least 10 research papers published in reputed, peer-reviewed/Scopus indexed journals.
