Job Description / Responsibility

Bangaj is a Dhaka-based NGO operating Microcredit in Dhaka as per the rules of MRA.
For improvement of the microcredit programme and organisational activities, we are looking for a skilled, energetic, honest, and efficient Manager cum Accountant.
Key responsibilities of this position are-
Micro credit program monitoring
Data entry and management of microcredit and accounting software (online and offline)
Program Management as per MRA rules and regulation
Loanee selection, loan distribution, and ensure 100% recovery.
Weekly, monthly, quarterly program and financial reporting
Branch and staff management, monitoring, and reporting
Accounting and Banking
VAT return submission
Office, HR, and Asset management
Legal support: Tax, RJSC return Submission
Supports program implementation and research for DevResonance and assists with other organizational work.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor/Honors

Experience Requirements

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Micro-Credit
