Job Description / Responsibility

Aminferoza Engineering Ltd. is a leading ISO Certified manufacturer of Substation Equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, ATS, MDB, DB and other electrical solutions in Bangladesh. We are looking for energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented professionals to join our Sales & Marketing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with government, semi-government and private sector clients.
Promote and market Substation Equipment, Transformers, HT/LT Panels, ATS, MDB, DB and related electrical products.
Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
Visit clients, consultants, contractors and industrial customers regularly.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals and follow up with clients.
Collect and analyze market information and competitor activities.
Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
Participate in tenders, project negotiations and business development activities.
Job Location:
Dhaka (with frequent business travel across Bangladesh)

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
Diploma in Electrical
Bachelor/Honors
B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE) preferred.
Diploma in Electrical Engineering may also apply.
Graduates from other disciplines with strong sales and marketing experience are encouraged to apply.

1 to 5 years

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Experience Requirements:
1–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
Experience in Electrical, Power, Transformer, Substation, Industrial Equipment or Engineering Products will be given preference.
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply.
Other Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel anywhere in Bangladesh for business purposes.
