Job Description / Responsibility

Job Summary
World Connect Travel Ltd. (One of company of Initiative Group) is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Senior Executive (Sales, Reservation & Ticketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in tour package sales, reservation, ticketing, and customer relationship management within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international ticketing and reservations for individual, corporate, and group travelers.
Promote and sell tour packages to individual and corporate clients.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
Provide accurate information regarding itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel requirements.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
Coordinate with operations teams, airlines, hotels, and suppliers to ensure smooth tour execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Assist customers with booking procedures, documentation, payments, and travel-related requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.
Stay updated on tourism trends, destinations, airline policies, and market developments.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Masters
GDS Certificate

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 24 years
Strong knowledge of Airline reservation and ticketing systems (GDS), including: Galileo , Amadeus, Sabre
Knowledge about Ticketing, Re-issue, Refund.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Prior experience in selling group tour packages is appreciated.
Strong understanding of travel products, tour packages, and customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client inquiries efficiently.
Proficiency in email communication, social media platforms, and online communication tools.
Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
