Job Description / Responsibility

Organization: IPAO NGO, Bangladesh
Project Title: Skills Development Program for Graduate Female Participants
Duration: 6 Months (Contractual / Project-Based)
Beneficiaries: Graduate Female Participants
Job Overview
IPAO NGO is seeking a highly skilled trainer in AI, digital marketing, and freelancing to conduct advanced-level training sessions for graduate female participants under its capacity-building project.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and applications
Teach ChatGPT usage, AI content writing, and prompt engineering basics
Deliver sessions on ethical AI use and marketing automation
Train on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing strategies
Teach analytics, engagement tracking, and content strategy development
Guide participants in Fiverr and Upwork profile creation and freelancing skills
Support portfolio building, proposal writing, and client communication
Provide entrepreneurship and soft skills development training

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, ICT, Business, or related field

Experience Requirements

2 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

Additional Job Requirements

Proven experience in freelancing, digital marketing, or AI tools
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketplaces
Hands-on experience with Fiverr, Upwork, or similar platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
