Job Description / Responsibility

Trust Knitwear Industries Ltd, 100% Export-Oriented Knit Composite (Green Project).
(A Concern of Amanat Shah Group)
Job Responsibilities
Strong sourcing network with mills/vendors in Bangladesh to develop and source fabrics locally & internationally.
Knowledge about fabric sourcing from China & India will be an added advantage.
Good technical knowledge of woven, knit & denim fabrics
Understanding of fabric construction, GSM, composition, washes & finishes, dyeing and printing processes,
Knowledge of fabric testing standards and quality parameters.
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Ability to independently manage developments and sourcing activities
Experience working with international buyers/brands is required.
Must have in-depth knowledge of knit (Top -Bottom) garments, Costing & Consumption.
Do market research to observe the business trends as well as find out competitors' information to make an internal strategy, as well as develop new service offers to clients.
Market visits regularly to develop new customers & retain existing customers to achieve the target.
To perform any other task given by the management.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor's in Apparel Merchandising or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Job Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
Experience Requirements
The applicants should have experience in Knit Composite Garments.
Additional Requirements
Must have in-depth knowledge of fabric sourcing for an Inditex buyer.
Should have strong analytical and leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Any professional degree in apparel manufacturing will add value.
Should be an excellent team member, with a very sharp, smart, and fair personality.
