Job Description / Responsibility

Organization: IPAO NGO, Bangladesh
Project Title: Skills Development Program for Graduate Female Participants
Duration: 6 Months (Contractual / Project-Based)
Beneficiaries: Graduate Female Participants
Job Overview
IPAO NGO is looking for a creative and skilled trainer to deliver hands-on training in graphic design and multimedia production for graduate female participants under its skills development initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct training on Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
Teach logo design, branding, and social media content creation
Provide training on print and digital design fundamentals
Deliver video editing sessions using Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Filmora
Guide learners in short-form video content creation (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Support portfolio development and creative project execution

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor’s degree or professional certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field

Experience Requirements

At least 2 years

Additional Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant training or professional experience
Strong portfolio in graphic design and video editing
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
Ability to conduct practical, hands-on training sessions

Location

Dhaka (Uttara)
