Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with garment manufacturers, buying offices, and sourcing teams.
- Promote and sell interlining (trims products) to existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within assigned territories.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Provide technical and product support regarding interlining applications and product specifications.
- Conduct regular factory visits and customer meetings to understand customer requirements.
- Coordinate with merchandising, technical, production, and supply chain teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, market intelligence reports, and competitor analysis.
- Monitor customer payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
- Participate in product presentations, exhibitions, and promotional activities as required.
- Maintain updated records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market developments.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or any related discipline.
- MBA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 28 to 40 years
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Sound knowledge of interlining products, applications, testing parameters, and market trends
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
- Willingness to travel extensively to customer factories and business locations
