Job Description / Responsibility
- Qualify and convert leads received from the marketing team into potential clients.
- Professionally present the company profile, services, and proposals to clients.
- Conduct instant client visits and meetings to understand requirements and offer solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships from design stage to final fit-out execution.
- Ensure client confidence and trust throughout the entire project journey.
- Gather client feedback and communicate with the design & execution teams.
- Perform regular follow-ups to ensure successful conversion and long-term partnerships.
- Create opportunities for repeat business and client referrals.
- Promoting new offerings of Luxurious Interior.
- Monitors the latest trends and stays on top of new product developments
- Coordinates with various teams such as Marketing and Product Management
- Meets or exceeds company sales objectives
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Furniture, Interior Design, Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Motorcycle driving is highly preferable
