Job Description / Responsibility
- Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

- Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.
- Promote the company’s projects and services to prospective clients and generate new sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, buyers, and channel partners.
- Identify target markets, clients, and business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits to secure sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strengthen sales strategies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth sales processes, client service, and project handover.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
- Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and business meetings as required.
- Develop a strong professional network within the real estate industry to support business expansion.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer databases, and market intelligence.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- MBA (Marketing) will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- At least 2 years of experience in a Deputy Manager or team leadership position.
- Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development sector will be preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Solid knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and property development landscape in Bangladesh.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop creative and effective sales strategies.
- Experience in building sales processes, systems, and structures in a growing organization is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
