Job Description / Responsibility
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Follow team leader instructions and actively support all sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property presentations and assist in project site visits.
- Follow up on leads generated from various marketing and sales channels.
- Update CRM software regularly with accurate customer data, lead status, and sales progress.
- Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales team in managing the complete sales cycle from lead to booking.
- Participate in sales campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion.
- Provide proper customer support to ensure successful deal closure.
- Contribute to new customer acquisition and business growth.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

- Age 23 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Minimum experience in Real Estate Sales or Property Marketing is required.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills are essential.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
