Job Description / Responsibility

Lead Generation: Actively seek out and identify prospective buyers through direct marketing, networking, cold calling, and digital marketing channels.
Client Relations: Build, scale, and maintain solid long-term corporate and individual customer relationships.
Project Presentation: Conduct real estate presentations and share in-depth information regarding layouts, pricing, and project benefits with prospects.
Site Visits: Schedule and coordinate client visits directly to residential or commercial project sites.
Sales Closing: Negotiate terms gracefully, assist in closing deals, manage clients' payment schedules, and collect booking monies/installments.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly individual sales targets set by management.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly work-closing pipelines and performance updates for management review.
Events & Expos: Represent the brand actively in property fairs, corporate expos, and local promotional events.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Bachelor's degree (BBA) or master’s degree (MBA) in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline from a reputable university.

Experience Requirements

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Experience Minimum 2 to 6 years of proven sales and marketing experience specifically within the real estate sector (plot, flat, or commercial land sales).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional negotiation capability, and a strategic "can-do" mindset.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM tracking systems.
Personality: Smart, well-groomed, presentable, and capable of handling corporate client dynamics confidently.
