Job Description / Responsibility

BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of world-renowned brands such as Sysmex Corporation (Japan), Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland), Arkray Corporation (Japan), Helena Biosciences Europe (UK) and RR Mechatronics (The Netherlands).
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies, plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives
- Define and maintain customer segments, identify customer needs, prioritize markets and generate market insights across the organization
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities
- Prepare and submit sales reports and present them to senior management
- Coordinate with clients and partners to qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and successfully close deals
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time
- Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh (Outside of Dhaka)
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s (Honours) or Master’s degree from any reputed public or private university (Science background up to HSC level is mandatory).
- M.Sc. in Biological Science from a reputed university.
- MBA in Marketing will be considered an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 8 to 10 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment
Additional Job Requirements
- Only Male
- 08 to 10 years of experience in the IVD industry.
- Strong connections with end customers, laboratories and hospital management.
- Strong knowledge of the local IVD market
- Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
