- Job Context:
- ACI Motors Limited is one of the most growing concerns of ACI PLC. We have Agri Machineries (Tractor, Harvester, Power Tiller, Diesel Engine, Reaper, Rice Transplanter & Water Pump), Automobiles (YAMAHA Motorcycles), Infrastructural Equipment (Kobelco, Case, Lovol & Jungheinrich), Tire Solutions (CEAT), Commercial Vehicles (Foton & Mahindra), Lubricants (Yamalube & Liqui-Moly) & Power Solutions Products (YorPower, Himoinsa & Weichai) etc. in our product line.
- We are seeking a smart, technical, and customer-focused professional for our After Sales, Service & Spare Parts operations in the Bus & Coach segment. The role requires strong knowledge of commercial vehicle service operations, spare parts management, customer support, and workshop coordination. The ideal candidate should be passionate about the Bus & Coach industry and committed to ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Principal Accountability:
- Support after-sales service, maintenance, and spare parts operations for the Bus & Coach business.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt service support and effective issue resolution.
- Coordinate workshop activities, service scheduling, and technical support.
- Monitor spare parts availability, stock planning, and parts supply processes.
- Handle warranty support, technical claims, and service documentation.
- Visit customers, fleet owners, corporate clients, educational institutions, and government organizations for service support and relationship management.
- Coordinate with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Analyze service-related issues and recommend improvement initiatives.
- Prepare service reports, parts consumption reports, and business updates.
- Support breakdown handling and emergency service activities when required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc)
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Automotive Engineering or any related discipline.
- Diploma in Engineering candidates with strong relevant experience may also apply.
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)
Additional Job Requirements
- Age 26 to 40 years
- Minimum 4 years of experience in commercial vehicle service operations, automotive after-sales, spare parts management, or workshop operations.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle systems, service operations, and Bus/ Coach technical support.
- Expertise in spare parts planning, inventory coordination, and service documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer handling, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to provide technical training, customer support, and after-sales service.
- Good English communication skills with proficiency in report and email preparation.
