Job Description / Responsibility

we are looking for Manager/Sr. Manager under the Customer Relation & Sales department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
Job Responsibility
Design a sales plan to achieve quarterly, half yearly and yearly.
Team building, training, boosting & leading a sales team to obtain assigned targets.
Identify potential markets/clients along with new sales opportunities.
Develop an effective relationship management of prospect and customers through proper communications.
Managing the database and align it with the ERP system.
Collaborate and coordinate other departments/team members to boost morale and team spirit.
Any other task assigned by the Management related to the role.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university.

Additional Job Requirements

Age 32 to 40 years
Candidates with experience in real estate or any industry with sales background are encouraged to apply.
