Junior Associate - Customer Support (NIGHT SHIFT)

Job Description / Responsibility

Key responsibilities:
Engaging with customers via email, phone & web chat channels
Answer inquiries, resolve issues & provide guidance to customers
Review documents & certificates as part of onboarding process
Using customized CRM platforms for inbound & outbound inquiries
Attend daily, weekly & monthly team meetings with supervisor & client
Working schedule:
Night shift (BD time 7PM – 3AM)
6 days/ week working on a team roster for weekend
Annual leave entitlement

Educational Requirements

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup, IT Enabled Service

Additional Job Requirements

Age 18 to 32 years
Minimum one year prior work experience in customer support services with international clients (prior call center experience will be considered an added advantage)
Excellent written & spoken English language
Hardworking, tech-savvy, team-player, quick learner, positive attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
