- Halda Valley Food & Beverage Ltd. is looking for a smart, energetic, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team. Candidates with good communication skills, customer handling ability, and interest in e-commerce operations are encouraged to apply.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order placement, and tracking
- Handle customer complaints, returns, refunds, and exchange requests
- Coordinate with delivery and warehouse teams regarding order-related issues
- Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases
- Support online sales campaigns and promotional activities
- Update customer information and order details in the system
- Resolve customer problems quickly and professionally
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements

- Good communication skills in Bengali & English
- Basic computer knowledge
