Job Description / Responsibility

Promote and sell medical equipment, diagnostic machines, reagents, rapid test kits, and surgical items.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to hospitals, diagnostic centers, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Install, commission, and troubleshoot medical equipment.
Provide after-sales service, maintenance, and technical support.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and technical issues.
Prepare sales and service reports as required by management.

Educational Requirements

B.Sc. / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related disciplines.

Additional Job Requirements

Experience Requirements
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Previous experience in medical equipment sales and servicing will be considered an advantage.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of medical equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and field service.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
