Job Description / Responsibility

The incumbent to be responsible for:
Generate new business opportunities and secure projects for the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with:
Local industrial groups
Real estate developers
EPC contractors
Government, semi-government organizations and private organization
Monitor upcoming projects, tenders, and investment opportunities.
Meet and build strong network project owners and key stakeholders of local and foreign organization to promote MSBPL solutions.
Coordinate with tendering, and management teams.
Prepare project pipeline reports and business forecasts.
Achieve annual sales and project acquisition targets.
Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements

Age At least 30 years
Experience in project sales, Business Development, Construction, Steel Structures, PEB, Building Materials, Engineering Services, or Related industries.
