Job Description / Responsibility
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase company revenue and market presence.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, projects, and corporate clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and business partners.
- Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close business deals effectively.
- Conduct client meetings and perform site visits to understand project requirements, assess opportunities, and maintain client relationships.
- Prepare preliminary project concepts, layouts, and presentations using SketchUp and other relevant design tools when required.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
- Supervise and coordinate sales, marketing, and operational activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive opportunities.
- Prepare business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery and operational efficiency.

- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design
Additional Job Requirements
- Age At least 35 years
- Only Male
- Strong professional network within the landscaping, construction, architecture, interior, or real estate sectors will be considered an advantage.
- Must possess a positive attitude, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Candidates with proficiency in 2D Design, 3D Visualization, and SketchUp will be given preference.
- Must have a creative business development mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities, generate innovative ideas, and contribute to business growth.
- Ability to understand client requirements and effectively present design and project concepts will be considered an added advantage.
