Job Description / Responsibility

Track government and private construction projects, build project pipelines, and generate new business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets through project-based selling, including inquiry generation, quotation submission, negotiation, and order conversion.
Develop strong relationships with developers, consultants, architects, contractors, engineers, and government authorities to secure project specifications and approvals.
Monitor tender opportunities, coordinate bid submissions, and ensure smooth project execution through cross-functional collaboration
Manage receivables, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide strategic insights to increase market share and project sales performance

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

10 to 12 years
