Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Description / Responsibility

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction project.
Receiving materials at site.
Store management.
MRR, bill preparation, site petty cash management.
Materials quality and quantity assurance during receiving.
Labor bill preparation.
Control material waste in site.
Record material stock and maintain register balance.
Issue materials each day and keep the records up to date.
Assist project engineer in preparing requisition materials.
Make sure security and safe storage of materials in site store.
Responsible for materials inter-transfer between sites.
Implement work as per instruction by project in charge.
Execute project work as per specification.

Educational Requirements

Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
Diploma in civil engineering (From public polytechnic institute)

Experience Requirements

3 to 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Additional Job Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
Have to stay in the site.
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Good communication skill
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Experience in apartment and commercial building is must.
Must have enough knowledge about all construction materials.
Skill:
Should have enough knowledge about computer to process all information as per the requirement.
Should have advance knowledge about MS Office
Sufficient knowledge about AUTO-CAD (2D, 3D).
Should have knowledge about ERP posting.
