Job Description / Responsibility
- Friends Knitwear & Accessories Ltd. a 100% export-oriented knit garments manufacturing company, is inviting applications from qualified, dynamic, and experienced professionals for the position of Merchandiser.

- Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with international buyers.
- Handle orders from development stage to final shipment.
- Prepare costing, quotations, and price negotiations.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, and buyer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Commercial, Quality, and Store departments to ensure smooth order execution.
- Prepare and monitor Time & Action (T&A) plans.
- Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials.
- Maintain all merchandising-related documentation and reports.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in any discipline.
- Educational background in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or Merchandising will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of practical experience in Knit Garments Merchandising.
- Strong knowledge of buyer handling, costing, sampling, order execution, and shipment procedures.
- Additional Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude, leadership qualities, and team-working capability.
